FOR ANDROID APP USERS

To RESET (SMS) PASSWORD:
Go to your Android App, Go to envelope>Enter any password>Utilities>Reset Password>RESET FL or SMS Password

To RESET (WEBTOOL) PASSWORD:
Go to your Android App, Go to envelope>Enter any password>Utilities>Reset Password>RESET SL or WEB Password

To UNLOCK WEBTOOL PASSWORD:
Go to your Android App, Go to envelope>Enter your password>Utilities>Webtool Access>Unlock>Send to any Access Numbers
Once successfully unlocked, login to your webtool within 15 mins with your username which is your registered mobile number starting with 63 instead 0 and if password has not been changed use the default webtool password 123456.

TO RESOLVE “Access Denied” PROBLEMS on WEBTOOL:
Go to your Android App, Go to envelope>Enter your password>Utilities>RETOFF>Reset Login Attemps>Send to any Access Numbers

How to change SMS Password:
CHANGEPW<space>OldPassword<space>NewPassword
Example: CHANGEPW 123456 985623
Send to LoadCentral Access Numbers above.
NOTE: For newly registered accounts default password is 123456

How to Resolve “Access Denied” Problems on WEBTOOL:
RETOFF <SMS Password>
Example: RETOFF 562389
Send to 09209456856

How to Resolve Webtool Access is Locked:
Type this syntax on your mobile phone using your registered number.
UNLOCK <SMS Password>
Example: UNLOCK 562389
Send to LoadCentral Access Numbers above.

How to Reset your Webtool Password:
Type this syntax on your mobile phone using your registered number.
RESET WEBTOOL
Send to 09285067310

How to Reset your SMS/FL Password:
Type this syntax on your mobile phone using your registered number.
RESET SMS
Send to 09285067310
